What format of files is acceptable for A language project?
Ideally, we would like to receive content in a Word or in a PDF format in order to maintain the original file layout. However, there are also other common file types that we work with and they are: xls; xlsx; pdf; pps; ppsx; ppt; pptx; ttx; xml; indd.
How should I submit my original content for a language project?
You can send the original content directly via email or you can upload it via the estimation tool here.
How long will it take to complete the requested service?
We will do our best to fulfil your expectations regarding the fastest possible turnaround time. However, please note that all language projects are different from one another in terms of the volume, the degree of difficulty of the source content as well as its readability. Therefore, in order to provide you with the estimate and the turnaround time, please send your source content using the contact us page or estimate tool, which you can find here.
How will You return the translated content?
We will send the translated content back electronically in the same native format as you have sent it. In cases when the source content is saved in PDF format, the target content will be sent back in Word format and/or PDF format as well.
